We are excited to announce our new autopay feature, now available on our website! This feature is completely free to use and allows you to effortlessly make your payments on time each month.

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time each month. While we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this feature, we cannot be held responsible for any user errors.

To activate autopay, simply log in to your online portal and follow the easy setup instructions. Autopayments will process on the 14th of each month, this is to ensure that any issues that arise can be resolved before the due date of the 17th. If you do not receive a confirmation that your payment has been made by the 15th of each month, please reach out to our office immediately to avoid any late fees or service disruptions.

Jennings Northwest Regional Utilities is excited to announce that it implemented a new customer portal. This customer portal allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, payments, and bills, and enroll in Autopay or Text to Pay.

As of December 1, 2022, customers wishing to have the convenience of paying and viewing billing information online will need to create an account on the new online portal by following the link below:
